Sandhills Staffing LLC is a locally owned, nurse-led company providing personalized private nursing support to individuals and families in Grand Island and surrounding Nebraska communities.
Sandhills was created around a simple belief: people should have options when they need additional health support at home.
For some families, that may mean extra support after a hospital stay or surgery. For others, it may mean help managing ongoing health needs, medications, or changes in a loved one’s condition.
Whatever brings a family to us, our approach begins by listening.
Why Sandhills was created
As a registered nurse, I have seen how overwhelming healthcare can become for individuals and their families—especially during the transition from the hospital back home.
Families may leave with new medications, new instructions, changing health needs, and many questions about what comes next.
I created Sandhills to offer another option: personalized nursing support centered around the individual and delivered in the comfort of home.
My goal is to help clients and their families feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate their care.
